How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order has been approved and finalized, the delivery time with standard shipping for domestic orders is 5 to 7 days.

International orders may take 10 to 12 days once processed.

When can I return an item for a refund that I purchased from an Mod My Drive?

Your order is eligible for a full refund if a refund ticket has been created within 30 days of purchase. The device has to be returned as is and undamaged. A return label will be provided for you. 

I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?

All returns are processed within a few business days once they are received by Mod My Drive. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. We recommend allowing up to 5 business days for the refund to your reflect on your account. Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.

I was sent the wrong item. What should I do?
